Items are ready to ship within 7 working days of order. Estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout.
Local pickup Policy
Local pickup is available only for residents of Montreal/Greater Montreal or individuals who can arrange a pickup in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area (near Parc La Fontaine). Please note the following:
Pickup Process:
- Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to arrange a time and meeting point near Parc La Fontaine.
Non-Local Customers:
- If you are not a resident of Montreal/Greater Montreal or unable to meet in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area (near Parc La Fontaine), we unfortunately cannot offer local pickup.
- In such chases, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
We adhere to a final sale policy. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for any purchases made. All orders are final.
Customs and Import Taxes

Return to sender
In the event that your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will promptly reach out to you to discuss the next steps. You will have the option to arrange reshipment at your own expense or request a refund for your order (excluding the shipping cost). We will work closely with you to find the most suitable solution for your situation.
